If not satisfied products may be returned within 30-days of delivery date for a full refund less any shipping charges.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping within the United States is Free. We do charge a flat fee on international shipping which may very based on the country the order is being shipped to. There are some restrictions as to shipping internationally. Some countries have restrictions on CBD products and these products cannot be shipped to these destinations. Before placing an order familiarize yourself with the any CBD product restrictions that may exist in your country.
We are committed to fulfill your order the fastest we can. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Orders may be delayed if there is problem with the payment. Canna Treehouse is not responsible for order delays due to payment problems. Delivery estimate is the total business days of delivery, including the estimated ship date.
Damage During Shipping:
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hrs. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
